I understand that you will need to have proof of vaccinations if you travel through the Panama Canal but I absolutely hate getting those shots !

Let's say you don't have any proof of vaccination, are they going to kick you off the ship ?

They wouldn't have to kick you off - I don't think you would be allowed to board the ship at your port of departure if you didn't have the necessary paperwork.

Yes, I remember the captain taking my passport and vaccination passport and keeping it in his office for easy access. He needed to hand both documents to ship officials whenever they asked for it.
